Breeding from a veterinary perspective.

Based in the beautiful countryside of Dorset, we are lucky to have the space for our Vizslas to have an idyllic life.

Following the tragic loss of my German Wirehaired Pointer, Bosch, I felt it impossible to replace him. Having worked him in the field I was looking for an obedient, friendly, active breed with whom I could share my love of the country and country pursuits.

As a vet I had studied many gundog breeds as they had been presented to me...there was something about the Hungarian Vizsla that had the "wow" factor though. Having previously had dogs I decided to try a bitch...and along came Henna! She has been a delight to share my life with and now I have Ochre her daughter from her first litter. They bring joy to both my partner and I and life without them would be unimaginable.
